Slave woman of Carthage and companion of Perpetua, martyred with her in the amphitheatre c. 203 under Septimius Severus. According to the Passio Perpetuae et Felicitatis she gave birth in prison shortly before her execution and was thrown to a wild heifer alongside Perpetua. Commemorated jointly with Perpetua in the Roman canon and venerated across both Western and Eastern traditions.
